Security status
IngestX is not currently SOC 2 or ISO certified. Current controls include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, authentication, logging, monitored infrastructure, and controlled retention and deletion. Customer documents are not used to train public or shared AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.
