Immenzo provides a public path for privacy-related questions and rights requests concerning data that Immenzo controls directly.

When to contact Immenzo directly

You can contact Immenzo about:

• website or marketing-contact data;
• support or business correspondence with Immenzo;
• account-profile data controlled by Immenzo; and
• security or billing records that Immenzo maintains for its own operations.

When to contact the customer first

For customer-uploaded business documents, the relevant customer will usually act as the data controller because that customer decides why the documents are processed and how the resulting data is used.

If your request concerns data inside a customer-controlled workflow, you may need to contact that customer first. Immenzo may then assist the customer through the applicable contract and support process.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with:

• your full name;
• the email address or relationship relevant to the request;
• the type of request, such as access, correction, deletion, or objection;
• enough detail for us to identify the relevant records; and
• any timing context or urgency.

Please do not include more personal data than necessary in the request itself.

Logged-in users

Authenticated users can also review privacy preferences and account-level deletion tools from Privacy Settings, subject to account access and verification controls.

Verification and scope

Immenzo may need to verify identity before responding. Responses may also depend on legal obligations, security considerations, backup cycles, and whether Immenzo is acting as controller or processor in the relevant context.
