Policy statement and evidence boundary

IngestX is committed to lawful, ethical, and responsible business practices. We do not tolerate forced labor, human trafficking, or other forms of modern slavery in our operations or supply chain.

This page states our policy direction. It is not a certification, an independent assurance report, a measured environmental-impact report, or proof that every supplier has been audited. Deployment-specific security, privacy, hosting, and vendor evidence is provided through the applicable customer review process.

Environmental approach

We seek to reduce unnecessary compute, storage, network transfer, paper use, and hardware waste where practical. Environmental attributes of a hosting provider or supplier, including renewable-energy or recycling claims, are not represented as verified unless supporting evidence has been reviewed for the relevant service and period.

Labor and supply-chain expectations

Employees, contractors, and suppliers are expected to comply with applicable employment, workplace-safety, anti-trafficking, and human-rights laws. Supplier review is risk based and may include contractual commitments, ownership and service information, data-flow review, and follow-up evidence for higher-risk services.

We do not claim that every supplier, fourth party, data-labeling provider, facility provider, or hardware source has received an independent labor audit. Any such assurance will be described only when the scope, reviewer, date, and evidence are available.

Data privacy and AI governance

The service is designed to support data minimization, controlled access, retention, and human review. Customer content must be processed according to the applicable agreement, documented customer instructions, and deployment configuration.

Customer content is not authorized for training shared or public models by default. Any different use requires an approved purpose, documented legal and contractual review, and the required customer authorization. Where an external AI provider is enabled, its identity, processing location, retention terms, and relevant downstream providers must be evaluated for that deployment; this repository alone cannot establish a provider's operational practices.

Reporting and accountability

Security concerns can be reported to [email protected]; privacy questions and data-subject requests can be sent to [email protected]. The confidentiality, response process, and any anonymity available depend on the applicable channel and agreement, so this page does not promise an anonymous whistleblower system.

Material public claims about supplier verification, environmental performance, workforce conditions, certifications, or board approval require dated supporting evidence before publication. This statement is reviewed when the service, vendor inventory, or applicable obligations materially change.
